En el territorio mexicano las mujeres tienen poco acceso a la titulaci\u00f3n de terrenos comunales ese tema abarca principalmente una discusi\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas de g\u00e9nero en el pa\u00eds. Los indicadores para realizar este estudio se han tomado de la informaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica tanto del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica, Geograf\u00eda e Historia, como del Registro Agrario Nacional. En Oaxaca, m\u00e1s del 67% de la poblaci\u00f3n es ind\u00edgena. <\/span>

En este punto se puede ver claramente que existe un mayor porcentaje de hombres con titulaci\u00f3n de terrenos comunales frente a un porcentaje muy reducido de mujeres.<\/span>
\u00a0<\/span>
Se han establecido leyes y convenios internacionales qu\u00e9 garantizar\u00edan te\u00f3ricamente la participaci\u00f3n de la mujer, convenios como el 169 de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional para el Trabajo, o la Declaraci\u00f3n de Derechos para los Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas de las Naciones Unidas, sobre el reconocimiento de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas espec\u00edficamente en los art\u00edculos 22 al 24 se menciona sobre la igualdad y el derecho que tienen las mujeres. Pero la realidad demuestra todo lo contrario existe un marco jur\u00eddico y pol\u00edtico que garantiza la igualdad, lastimosamente en la pr\u00e1ctica esto no se aplica.<\/span>
\u00a0<\/span>
Por esto en Oaxaca, se puede ejemplificar los indicadores sobre el acceso de las mujeres para la titulaci\u00f3n de tierra al ser esta zona del pa\u00eds las que m\u00e1s poblaci\u00f3n ind\u00edgena posee. Para este estudio se utiliz\u00f3 distintas fuentes de datos oficiales gubernamentales que nos permiten dar c\u00e1lculos adecuados, sobre el acceso de las mujeres a los t\u00edtulos de derechos comuneros.
